itu karna ente gan g enable update windows , nah yang ente butuhin neh y gan buat bisa ngeprinttt adalah
HANYA KONEKSI INTERNET

Nah pertama lo pertama
ke =
-start
-pilih device manager
-nahhh , kan dah ada tuh unspecified gitu kan
-klik kanan troubleshooter gan
-apply fix d klik
-pertamanya sih kalo enggak salah loading tuh gan kan ada tulisan
"change setting" apa gitu kalo gk salah lupa klik aja
-nah lo pilih don't automaticlly kan ada 3 checklist tuh gan
gue lupa namanya heheh pilih yang kedua
-anddd 


Belom Selesaiii . . . pasti gagal pertamanya 

 -nah lo coba lagi gan kaya tadi trouble shooter
-apply fix lalu ada kaya change tadi langsung next aja
-nah proses ini agak lama makan sekitar 5-10menit
-dan terakhir TADA . . . . . . Ada tulisan d bawah kanan berarti sudah selesai
